The Sentinel Role

  • Invited Observation: We enter your property only by prior agreement to conduct visual status checks.
  • External Vigilance: Checking perimeters, gates, and windows for storm damage or interference.
  • Internal Oversight: Visual checks of agreed utility points, leaks, or appliances (by invitation).
  • Lived-in Presence: Mail collection, bin rotation, and light/blind adjustments to maintain a lived-in look.
  • Transparent Reporting: Detailed digital reports with time-stamped photos after every visit.

Our Boundaries

  • No Permanent Custody: We do not hold keys or codes outside of agreed service windows.
  • No Security Response: We are not a rapid-response security firm or intruder-confrontation service.
  • No Maintenance/Trades: We observe issues but do not perform repairs, cleaning, or gardening.
  • No Professional Inspections: Our reports are visual observations, not building, pest, or rental compliance audits.
  • No Emergency Call-outs: We are a scheduled service, not an on-call alarm monitoring company.

Our Protocol: If an urgent issue is detected during an invited visit, we notify you immediately so you can engage your preferred emergency services or trades.
