- Observation & Reporting: We provide detailed, objective reports on the status of your property and surroundings.
- Discretion: Your identity, travel schedules, and home details are kept in the strictest confidence.
- Security Integrity: We do not hold permanent keys; access is managed per visit as per your specific instructions.
Your Part
- Prior Invitation: Ensuring all access dates and times are confirmed in writing via our booking system.
- Accurate Access: Providing the agreed-upon means of entry for each visit (e.g., lockbox, smart code, or temporary key).
- Safety Briefing: Notifying us of any hazards (e.g., pets, maintenance issues, or other contractors on site).
- Clear Scope: Defining exactly which areas of the home or grounds are to be observed prior to our arrival.
Scope of Service
Hills Home Sentinel provides observation and reporting services. We are not a rapid-response security firm or a licensed trades provider. In the event of an emergency or maintenance failure discovered during our visit, our protocol is to notify you and the relevant emergency services immediately.
