In accordance with our business model, any entry into your home is conducted only with your prior invitation. We document the timing and nature of every visit. Information regarding your home’s layout or internal status is kept strictly confidential and used only for the generation of your private client reports.
3. Data Security & Absence Confidentiality
We recognize that the knowledge of your absence from the home is sensitive. We maintain strict confidentiality protocols to ensure your travel dates, property status, and observation reports are never shared with unauthorized third parties.
4. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell or lease your information. Disclosure to third parties occurs only when essential for the safety of your property (such as notifying emergency services of a detected issue) or when you have specifically authorized us to coordinate with a local tradesperson or contractor.
