Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our Home Wellness stewardship.
How does your service help with home insurance?
Most insurance policies for vacant homes require the property to be inspected at regular intervals (often every 7 to 14 days) to remain valid. Our service provides a digital audit trail with date-stamped photos, proving the property is being actively monitored and maintained.
How do you access the property? (Key Management)
To minimize administrative burden for Property Managers and owners, we utilize your on-site lockbox for 100% keyless entry. We do not hold or manage sets of keys at our office, ensuring a more secure and streamlined process for everyone.
Are you Property Managers?
No. We are Local Stewards. We do not manage tenants, leases, or bonds. Our focus is purely on the physical “wellness” and security of the property. We act as a professional set of eyes for owners and agencies, reporting issues before they become costly repairs.
What happens if you find a problem (e.g., a leak or storm damage)?
If we identify a priority issue, we notify the designated contact (Owner or PM) immediately via phone or email with photo evidence. We can then provide access for your preferred tradespeople or stay on-site to monitor the situation as required.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Maida Vale and primarily serve the Perth Hills, including Kalamunda, Forrestfield, High Wycombe, Lesmurdie, and Gooseberry Hill. Our local focus ensures we can respond quickly, especially during weather events.
